- We can elaborate later by email or by phone. Response within 24 hours of order placed.
- Receive digital proofs of the design before translating everything to the mug by email or text.

Returns are not accepted. LeQuita is not responsible for any damage during shipping.
Full refunds within 24 hours of placing order and payment submission. Customer may cancel order within 24 hours. No refunds after 24 hours of placing order and payment submission. All orders will be final.
If customer receives a product damaged due to shipping/mailing error or you received the wrong order, customer must Submit a Claim.
